AuditVanguard is operated by GSGD Field Solutions LLC. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. In short: we collect only what the product needs, we never sell your data, and your compliance workspace is never used for advertising.
What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, firm name), the compliance content you and your clients store in your workspace (evidence files, controls, notes, reports), and basic first-party usage signals sent to our own servers to keep the service healthy. Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own pages; we never see your card number.
Cookies and similar technologies
Necessary cookies make the site work: they keep you signed in, protect your session and remember your cookie choice. They are always on because the product cannot function safely without them.
Optional cookies are different: they would help us measure our advertising (for example Instagram ads) and understand how our public pages are used. They are off by default and load only if you click Accept on the cookie banner — and only on our public marketing pages, never inside your logged-in workspace. We currently set no optional cookies until such a campaign is active.

We also store non-sensitive preferences (theme, language, dismissed banners) in your browser's local storage. These never leave your device and contain no personal data.
We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking in the logged-in application.
Client evidence, files, and controlled information are never shared with advertising or analytics providers.
Changing your choices: use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any public page to change your mind at any time — withdrawing consent stops optional scripts from loading on your next page load. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; necessary cookies will be recreated when you sign in again.
How we use your data
To run your workspace, generate your reports, send the emails you request (password resets, lead alerts, account notices), and keep the platform secure. Workspace data is shared only with the infrastructure providers that host the product (cloud compute, database, object storage, email delivery, payments) — never with advertising or analytics services.
