We believe an empty incident list should be earned, not curated — which is why entries are appended by the same tamper-evident logging pipeline that protects tenant audit trails.

The audit-chain anchor below is our strongest transparency commitment. Each tenant's activity log is hash-chained, and the fleet-wide digest of all chain heads is published openly. Anyone can record today's anchor and verify later that history was never rewritten — a guarantee that matters when your evidence is destined for a SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA or CMMC assessment.
