How we monitor uptime

AuditVanguard is the working system of record for compliance engagements, so availability is treated as a security control in its own right. The platform is probed continuously by automated health checks that exercise the same API paths our consultants, clients and auditors rely on — authentication, evidence storage, reporting and the audit trail itself. The banner at the top of this page reflects the most recent live probe, not a cached summary.

When something does go wrong, we follow a documented incident-response process: detect, contain, communicate and publish. Every customer-impacting incident is recorded here with its timeline and resolution, and remains visible for a full 90 days. We believe an empty incident list should be earned, not curated — which is why entries are appended by the same tamper-evident logging pipeline that protects tenant audit trails.

The audit-chain anchor below is our strongest transparency commitment. Each tenant's activity log is hash-chained, and the fleet-wide digest of all chain heads is published openly. Anyone can record today's anchor and verify later that history was never rewritten — a guarantee that matters when your evidence is destined for a SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA or CMMC assessment. Combined with encrypted backups and a tested recovery plan, it is how GSGD Field Solutions LLC keeps the promise behind our motto: secure systems, defensible results.
